Deflaker
reduces the flakes in the stock to individual fibres and is suitable
for a wide range of applications including waste paper systems,
virgin pulp handling and broke systems. |

Excellent
defibering with speck-free pulp and minimal change in stock freeness: |

The
stock suspension enters the deflaker centrally, flows from
rotor holes to stator holes and is thus acclerated and decelerated
repeatedly. The resulting machinal forces loosen and release
the bonds between the individual fibres. |
|
Gap
clearance between rotor and stator can be field adjusted
in accordance with the furnish to give defibering without
any change in stock freeness. |
|
Reduced
load on refining system which need not do any defibering,
Reduced pumping energy requirements,
Reduced screening losses.
